- New or pre-owned properties
- Commercial area, neighborhood commercial area, quasi-industrial, and residential zoning
- Commercial and office buildings
- Fully vacant or partially vacant preferred
- Within 12 minutes’ walk of JR Yamanote Line stations (north side preferred)
- Within 10 minutes’ walk from other stations
- Land size: 60–300㎡
- Gross rental yield of 4% or higher
